Our Airport Customer Experience Specialists (ACES) are available throughout every terminal to support you during your travels. Visit any terminal’s Information Center for help with directions, accessibility needs, or general questions.
The Atrium at LGA
Planning an aviation-related event or meeting? The Atrium is located pre-security in Terminal B and can accommodate up to 200 attendees. Catering, beverage, and business services are available to support your event.
The lobby also features the critically acclaimed Orpheus and Apollo sculpture by Richard Lippold, on display daily from 6:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. ET.

TSA PreCheck and CLEAR enrollment
LGA offers TSA PreCheck enrollment through CLEAR. CLEAR helps speed you through security lines, while TSA PreCheck offers a faster screening process. TSA Touchless is also available for a quicker, contact-free experience.
Pre-enroll online, then visit the PreCheck enrollment center in Terminal B to complete your enrollment.

Lost personal items in the airport
Lost an item at the airport? Submit a claim through the virtual lost and found office for items such as passports and other visa travel documents.
