Traveling with Service Animal and Pets
For your pet’s safety, pets should remain in their carriers at all times, except for certified service animals who are welcome throughout LaGuardia Airport. Service animal/pet relief areas are located pre and/or post-security at each terminal. Look for signs in the baggage claim areas or ask one of our Customer Care Representatives for more information.
Please note, there are no service animal/pet relief areas beyond security checkpoints at terminals A and B.
When traveling with service animals and pets, it is a good idea to contact your airline directly for policy details as they vary by airline and time of year.
LaGuardia Airport does not provide luggage storage.
